Nice, flattering fit for high impact sports
I use this bra for running, and I am very happy with it. I am a 34C, and the Small is very snug, but comfortable. I have not tried to convert this to a racerback (I use the Champion seamless camisole bra when I need a racerback). I like the thicker fabric - you could wear this on its own as an exercise top (I recommend the purple and pink colors if you want to do that).

I never have any chafing problems with this bra. It does not move around at all, and the fabric is soft on the skin. The wide elastic band provides lift and support underneath the breast, and the cups give each breast definition (no uniboob). The straps have never fallen off my shoulders. Overall, I recommend this bra highly for high impact sports.

Good for use in Weight Training
I love the fact that this bra eliminates the "headlights" effect I get with other bras when I work out with weights (not particularly heavy ones at that). When all parts of my chest bulk up during a workout this bra keeps everything under control. Which, for me, is great! If you like your chest being stared at by gym dudes while you're working out this may be a counter-productive product for you... I also really like that this bra hooks in the back. I hate to have to pull sports bras over my head after I've worked out and my arms are still "broken down" (muscles feeling weaker) from the program I've just finished.

Good Support Bra
My mother-in-law needed a bra with a middle back support to support her D's. This bra took the pressure off her shoulder area.
