The best I've ever used
I have tried many expensive facial products, but none have been able to keep my sensitive skin clear throughout the year. Every season change (in New England) causes my skin to get dry patches and red irritations as well as oily spots. Basically, I have a blotchy face until my skin adjusted to the new climate.
But with Malin-Goetz face cleanser AND the Vitamin E moisturizier my skin has never been so smooth and irritation free! The price seems expensive, but you don't have to use much product so it lasts a long time.
I highly recommend this product to everyone that has facial skin problems like me.

Great natural exfoliant / cleanser
I love this cleanser. I had tried Kiehl's Grapefruit Exfoliating Scrub in the past and wanted a similar product. My skin tends to be dry/sensitive, FYI. Walked into the Grooming Lounge in Washington DC on a mission to treat myself and found this Malin and Goetz version and bought it on a whim (I REALLY wanted the Kiehl's) and could not be happier with it. I honestly noticed a difference the very next day after using it -- no joke. The smell from the bottle is not great, but once you add water (which activates it, I suppose), the smell is a very light grapefruit scent which I find relaxing and pleasing. Not sure why the smell would differ so much upon use versus in the bottle, but who cares. I leave it on my face for a minute or so to let the grapefruit natural exfoliation work a bit. It does dry my face out a bit so using a moisturizer afterwards is necessary for someone with dry skin like mine (and i am sticking with my Kiehl's Baobab Skin Therapy for now as my moisturizer). By the way, before I discovered the Grooming Lounge locally (it's based in Washington DC) I made a purchase through Amazon and was surprised to get several free samples on top of fast delivery, and have been a fan of the store ever since.
