not quite as wide as it says
The purse is barely 9 inches wide although the dimensions claim it is 10 inches wide. that makes a lot of difference in volume and I don't have room for all my stuff after all. Also, when fully extended the strap is just barely long enough to be used as a cross body strap. What I can put in there is a tight fit. That said, the purse looks nice, and has various sections and pockets.

Pleasantly surprised
The handbag looks good, not cheap and shoulder strap is long enough to be comfortable. The pockets are my favorite since I don't like clutter or digging in a pile of stuff to locate a pen.

Handles
The 1st purse I rec'd the should strap rippedvery quickly,but the Vendor was very accommadating and sent a new purse right away. Now after roughly six months. The straps are ripping again. I really like the style of this purse. I just wish the straps were stronger.
