30 Day Return Policy NOT Good for make-up
I purchased this product over a month ago and just recently began using it. I don't like the applicator brush, as it is thick and clunky, long and hard to wield around my eyes.
The mascara itself causes my eyes to burn a feel irritated. I don't know if this just my own sensitivity to it. I bought 2 tubes and cannot use. I cannot initiate a return now on Amazon because it is past the 30 days. I now wish I had sought a local representative for Avon, or purchased at the drug store.

Just OK to me
I was not "super-shocked" by this mascara. The applicator was so large and the bristles were so short that it was difficult to apply the mascara to my long eyelashes sans getting it on my eyelid. The formula is decent though, so I just used another mascara wand to apply it. I got it as a gift, so I really didn't have anything to lose by trying it, but I recommend a different mascara simply to avoid that retarded brush!

I am picky with my mascaras, but this one is great. Does everything is promises and NEVER clumps. :-)
