Really like this griddle
I purchase this griddle because I like cooking on a solid surface. I used the griddle to cook my hamburgers and brauts on Memorial Day. I found that this helps cook the meats faster and more even.

Works great
This griddle fits the Weber Q 300. You simply lift out one of the two grates and replace it with this griddle. It's great for grilling vegetables, with lots of room left on the grate side for doing your meat, chicken, shrimp or whatever. I've owned it for about a year and have had no problems with it.

great for smoking wood chips !
This griddle also fits the 320. I purchased this for warming hamburger buns, but the truly great purpose I've found for this is for placing wood chips on.

Previously I was dumping wood chips directly on the cooking grate. The chips would catch on fire and quickly get used up. Now with the griddle the wood chips smolder without flame and last a very long time.

For use with wood chips, five stars !!
