Customer Reviews
MGA needs to work on this!! Frustrating!
This COULD be a great alternative from Webkinz, but MGA needs to go back to the drawing board on this one. Not only is the site not complete, but there are glitches everywhere. Unlike other sites, you cannot name your pet what you want. Try to name your pet and you get an annoying "that name is already taken" message. So parents be warned if your kids want to name their pet "Spot" "Coco" "Bingo" or anything other than "Askiheeryg43562". They are slow on responding to emails for help.We registered in early afternoon, but it wasn't until late evening we FINALLY got an activation email. AND to put the icing on the cake, the site states you can change your pets name, but you can't! There's no place for it under account management. So MGA, get off your duffs and fix the site. You could have a nice product if you fix the website asap.
don't waste your time and money
i bought this for my daughter 2 days ago and it's still not working. The code on the dog says it's not an active code.....i dont understand. They dont email back, no phone number to call them. This is the worst toy i ever bought. My daughter is so disapointed she cant use her dog. Hopefully they get there act together soon.
ePets are not really interactive-no website yet!
I bought both my daughters, ages 5 and 6, a new ePet on July 26th. They were so excited about getting home and signing on and playing with their ePet-just like a Webkinz! Well, guess what? The website isn't up and running and it dosen't even say when it will be just, "in August". When is that?
I decided to email the customer service folks and got a very pleasant response from their representative, her comment was that although the website was not ready yet that it would be "in August" and she was so pleased that my daughters had their ePets so that when the website was ready they would already have theirs.
I would still like to know why they put an incomplete product on the market-I asked her the same question and still have not received a response!
