"MUST-HAVE" GAMES ---------------------------- The Zelda series is loved by gamers all over the world. It is one of my favorite series, and Twilight Princess does not disappoint. If you only buy one game with your Wii, get this or Mario Galaxy.

You get 3 amazing games for the price of one. The Metroid series is very popular and this version updates 2 GameCube games with Wii motion controls and also includes the great Wii game Metroid Prime 3. If you want to see great shooting controls, look no further.

Originally released on the PS2, this is one of my favorite games. If you liked Zelda or other adventure games, you'll love this. Great story, pretty solid controls, beautiful graphics, and a long adventure that will last more than 30 hours.

If you want unique, addictive, yet simple gameplay, try this out. The goal is to get the ball to the end of the course, but there are lots of obstacles and it is pretty easy to fall off! Think of those games with marbles where you try to get them through a hole. Some will appreciate this game more than others.

Has a very laid-back atmosphere. You live in a town and earn money to upgrade your house and items. You also talk to your animal neighbors. Lots of customization. Simple but addictive and fun. If you've already played the GameCube or DS version, you might not want to get this, as it is very similar. If you enjoyed this, try out Rune Factory.

Similar to Jenga, but crazier! A great multiplayer game for friends and family.

An awesome game for families. You can play with someone else or by yourself through the entire game. Very easy to pick up and play. Lego characters and funny moments. If you like Star Wars, Legos, or just want something you can play with a younger child, this is a great one. If you like this, check out the LEGO Batman and Indiana Jones games.

Great for young girls. You can play cooperatively with a friend.

A great Pokemon-like game that is geared towards younger gamers, but can be enjoyed by all. Lots of battles with monsters!

A very cute role playing game (RPG). Suitable for those that have never played a role playing game before, as well as kids. Quite fun! Check out Super Paper Mario if you like this, or Rune Factory.

MORE FUN GAMES FOR ALL AGES (SLIGHTLY MORE ADVANCED) ----------------------------------------------------- Addictive gameplay. A fun strategy game. Rule your own kingdom.

A fun, quirky game for everyone. Zack and Wiki is hard to find now, but buy it used and you won't regret it! Challenging puzzles for all ages with cute characters. You'll use your brain a lot playing this one.

A wonderful golf/sports game. You need the motion plus peripheral to play (some versions include it). Fun for kids and adults.

GAMES FOR OLDER PLAYERS -------------------------------- If you are looking for a shooter where you only need to worry about shooting and not moving your character, try this out. You can play with a friend. A good introduction to the shooter genre. Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles and Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 are also good choices.

Great for beginners and more advanced gamers. Awesome controls and a fun first-person shooter. Has great online play, too. There are two modes: a more typical first-person shooter campaign, and an additional campaign "on rails" so you only have to worry about shooting and not moving your character.

A solid survival-horror story for mature gamers. A great introduction to the genre. If you enjoy this, check out Resident Evil Archives and Resident Evil 4.

A stylish 2-D action platformer with awesome sword fights.

An action game with stylistic graphics and lots of blood and gore in general. Definitely for adults only. No More Heroes is also a good option, and sort of similar to MadWorld.
