Well worth the wait and far superior to its most recent predecessor: Super Mario Sunshine. Gorgeous visuals and a ingenius new take on the platforming genre. Miyamoto has finally done it again!

A bit repetative when compared to previous games, however it is probably the best, most defining example of what a Zelda game should be. Clever dungeons/puzzles and a vast overworld filled with secrets to discover.

If you've never been into the Resident Evil series before because of its slow pace, then throw away those worries with this installment. It is probably the best game in the entire series and will blow your conceptions away about what is possible in a third person shooter. Prepare to be thrilled! (And the new extras help too!)

Despite some cheesy story points and voice acting, this is a solid RPG that is both deep in gameplay and expansive in the amount of things you can do and effect. A good purchase for a system that sorely lacks games in this genre. A must have.

The original game that started it all for Metroid becoming a first person shooter. It pioneered many new gameplay features that reverberate into Echoes and Corruption. Come play and experience the original and quite possibly, the best.

The direct sequel to Tales of Symphonia. It has far less flair than the original did, but improves on its battle system and adds a system of monster-taming where you can add up to 200+ monsters to your party to fight alongside you. This interesting and addicting dynamic makes it worth the play.

The least inspired of the series, this is by no means a bad game. Quite the contrary, this installment simply tried too many new things with the series much too soon. Despite some gameplay issues and gripes, there is solid Metroid here with some amazing boss designs and area concepts. Still worth playing. It is also the hardest and unforgiving of the three.

Although simple in design and a bit repetative in the dungeons, the overflow of side quests, things to do, mini-games to play and job class decisions outweigh the bad. A relatively quick, fun romp through Chocobo's world. Highly recommended for casual RPG fans.

Most undoubtably the best installment in the Paper Mario series. It takes everything good from the original and simply makes it better! With far more things to do and locals to explore, this is by far the best Mario RPG to date.

A shining gem in a sea of mediocrity, the vibrant, colorful palette and easy 'pick-up-and-play' difficulty of the game make it appealing to all ages. Its platforming goodness at its finest!

A bit uneven with Megaman X 5 and 6, the rest is all solid gold. A good collection of all the best games from the X series plus an added bonus of a Megaman racing game that you can unlock! Megaman X 1-4 is pure brilliance in my book.

A worthy entry in the strategy based RPG series: Fire Emblem. The graphics are a bit dated but they do the job well. Strategy is slightly different compared to previous titles in the franchise where you most likely will have to 'baby' a few units, making the difficulty extremely hard. However the story is engaging and deep.

Another shining entry in the Harvest Moon franchise. For a new installment, its actually fairly tame and does not take many risks or chances with the proven formula. Regardless of that and horrid loading times, the game still pleases the audience where it matters the most!

Although a rare game these days, still go pick it up if you're into farming simulations. It is bar none, THE BEST, game in the Harvest Moon franchise. It takes all the additions of past installments and improves them, taking out everything that was annoying and making farming fun again.

Hard to find in stores nowadays, but is a worthy purchase none-the-less. It incorporates RPG elements into a 2d platforming aspect of Megaman. With literally over 200 different weapon attacks/shields/techniques to choose from and a solid difficulty and wonderful history tributes of past megamans, this is truly a game to play.

Probably the only 3d Sonic in existence that's actually any good, or any fun. With blazing fast speed and quick team change-ups, this all adds up to a fun Sonic experience. With the exception of a few play-control issues and a very hard difficulty curve near the end, this game is quite fun and probably closer to the original Sonics than previous or current attempts. Recommended you try.

An experiment by Square-Enix that turned off some but enthralled others. Its a quirky title that reminds some of Secret of Mana but with a few more options, but far less story. The focus is mainly on the battles and exploration, but does not overly detract from the final product. Great fun and a good 'leisure' game. (if you will)

Ignoring the initial slow-paced beginning and the bad voice acting; lying underneath this seemingly generic RPG lies a story that is terrific! The battle system alone is unique and revolutionary, however the learning curve to master it is steep. A very long, extended RPG for a system in dire need of them.

A truly innovative game that brings aspects of Magic: The Gathering to a game-based format. With over a 100 monster cards to choose from to battle your foes, this is a uniquely refreshing game. Only downside? Inability to return to past stages until after you've beaten the game, lending itself a very brutal difficulty curve. Fun regardless in collecting all the cards.
