Oh man, Fable 2... what can I say? I was foaming at the mouth waiting for this game! Boy, was I let down HARD! Extreme amount of glitches make this game unplayable!
Mirror's EdgeMirror's Edge
Buy new: $19.96 / Used from: $10.23
Bad control scheme, poor level design, frustrating "trial and error" gameplay
Prince of PersiaPrince of Persia
Buy new: $24.97 / Used from: $13.25
Including this game on this list is a bit misleading, because this game as a whole isn't bad; my biggest gripes are the unresponsive combat controls and the cheap enemy AI.
Too HumanToo Human
Buy new: $27.76 / Used from: $9.04
Needlessly fancy, newfangled control scheme, inability to control the camera, Norse mythology is not explained well to newcomers
Incredible Hulk: Ultimate DestructionIncredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction
Buy new: $49.94 / Used from: $3.70
This game got old REAL fast. Destroying everything in sight was cathartic... at first. And the physics feel JUST like Spider-Man 3. Same engine?
Broken Sword: The Sleeping DragonBroken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon
Buy new: $0.58 / Used from: $1.99
Horrendous control scheme, painfully slow pacing, bland writing, cheesy characters
Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition RemixMidnight Club 3 DUB Edition Remix
Buy new: $19.99 / Used from: $8.12
Like being broadsided by civilian traffic over and over and over? Like attempting the same race for the gazillionth time? Then have we got a game for you! It's too bad, cuz the game's design, presentation, and vehicle selection are top notch.
X-Men Legends II Rise of the ApocalypseX-Men Legends II Rise of the Apocalypse
Buy new: $19.99 / Used from: $4.97
I was geeking out... until the bugs hit me like a ton of bricks. Unplayable. Obviously not tested thoroughly before being released.
Final Fantasy X-2Final Fantasy X-2
Buy new: $14.99 / Used from: $6.73
What was Square going for here exactly? A bunch of ditsy bimbos can't carry the game.
Indigo ProphecyIndigo Prophecy
Buy new: $87.92 / Used from: $11.89
"Ever-changing storyline"? Child please! "Multiple endings"? Yeah, if you count all the "you are dead" screens as endings! The game's script completely collapses near the end, and starts bordering on the ridiculous, with plot points coming out of absolutely nowhere.
Still LifeStill Life
Buy new: $25.49 / Used from: $4.01
It seems that every single "adventure" game out there suffers from bad, sluggish controls. And I don't like it when games "cheat" by disguising pre-rendered 2-D backgrounds as 3-D. I really tried to get into this game, but I ran out of patience.

See comments regarding Still Life. 'Nuff said.
RPG Maker IIRPG Maker II
Buy new: $74.95 / Used from: $7.87
The first game in the series had a perfectly good user interface which was very straightforward and self-explanatory. So why is this one such a convoluted mess? Instead of working to streamline and improve the interface for the sequel, the developers actually went backwards!
Spider-Man 3Spider-Man 3
Buy used from: $3.99
Swinging across the city was fun -- it gave me a sense of thrill and freedom I can't experience in other games. Too bad the story missions are designed so poorly. And don't get me started on the cringe-inducing voice acting.
Scarface The World Is YoursScarface The World Is Yours
Buy new: $16.97 / Used from: $3.92
I don't care if a game is a GTA ripoff as long as it's fun. Unfortunately, Scarface: TWIY is ho-hum. Not a bad game, but it just ends up feeling very generic. The car physics could have used some tweaking. The voice-acting was very nicely done, though.
