This is the game that spawned my greatest game ideas that I want to create one day, if it happens I can guarantee that it won't be anything short of impressive.

The classic Grand Theft Auto franchise had an impact on many developers by spawning many open-world games. Though many have been made, few match the genius of GTA.

The Parasite Eve games may have spawned from Resident Evil and are in many ways similar to Resident Evil, but it established its own identity by having a better storyline and it's more scientific and intelligent than Resident Evil.

With The Matrix and The Animatrix, the combat is awesome, the storyline is very intelligent and confusing and the movies changed science-fiction just as Alien did before them.

Over the Hedge in some ways may have helped spawn some of my wierdest ideas, but there's nothing wrong with its oddities. This game rules!

A game that in many ways feels like Starfox, except its more epic, the storyline is better and you get to ride a freaking dragon! How awesome is that? Sorry Lair, but Panzer Dragoon Orta rules.

This is one of the best games I ever played, everything about this game is pure awesomeness. Go buy it immediately if you own an SNES!

Bioshock is one of the best games I've ever played. It is landmark FPS that set so many new bars that it can't possibly be missed by any sane gamer.

Perfect Dark still ranks as a classic shooter, and it still has what it takes to stand up to the modern shooter. The great weapons, the cool blood effects and the great missions.

Despite Spyro's beleaguered history lately his Playstation original games are still classics. The platforming is great and it's a kids game that doesn't suck.

Shinobi is just as awesome as Ninja Gaiden and should not be underestimated by it. The action is really cool for a game that was made more than 15 years ago, and it's still very impressive despite its age.

Appleseed has a great storyline, gorgeous animation and great action. A must-have for science-fiction fans.

Despite the fact this game wasn't exactly praised, I loved it. The action is awesome, the gun-broom is awesome, the magic powers are awesome and the enemies are really cool.

This is one of my favorite Nintendo 64 games because it reminds me of the good old days of Pokemon back when it didn't suck and there were only 150 Pokemon. Collecting badges by defeating gym leaders never really gets old.

Hulk: Ultimate Destruction is incredible for what it achieves in gameplay and destruction in the vast open-world in front of you when you play this game.

Although I've never played this game or God of War I've watched clips of the combat techniques seen in those games. And by God do they look awesome.

Pilotwings is an inspiration because in this classic Super Nintendo game the flight mechanics are wonderfully designed and it is a great game to play. Do I want flight to be a part of my game idea? Yes, but maybe you should have realized it when I listed Starfox and Panzer Dragoon Orta as inspirations.

This Iron Maiden soundtrack is one biggest reasons my best game idea has meat on its bones that it didn't have before I got this CD. I can definitely tell you this CD had a profound effect in creating my ideas.

Chrono Cross is just as amazing as Chrono Trigger, and even has what it takes to go against Final Fantasy VII. The worlds are bright and colorful, almost like Kingdom Hearts. The turn-based battle system is very unique and the graphics are amazing along with the story.

Gears of War not only has some of the most phenomenal visuals ever, but is also has phenomenal gameplay. The chainsaw gun is one of the most memorable weapons I have ever used in a shooter, and cutting enemies in half with it never gets old. The gore is well-done, and the action is high-octane and edge-of-your-seat especially during a very frightening enemy.
