Don't waste your money
I would give this no stars if possible. I had doubts this would work, but it had a guarantee that it could be returned if it didn't. We purchased two units, followed the directions, and waited to see what happened. The first time it went off, our cows looked. That was the only response and the only time. The birds were totally unaffected. Wanting to give it every chance we could, as the bird patterns changed, we'd plug it back in to see if it helped. Nothing. After about a year, I called the company about returning it and getting my money back as they guaranteed. Even though I purchased it directly from the company and they had the purchase date and price in their system, they would not refund my money without the original receipt (which unfortunately, my husband threw out with the packing). Do not waste your money on this unless you like the sounds of distressed and predator birds going off periodically.
