The QCH1207 Qmark Electric Ceiling Heater is a perfect choice to heat up dens, basements, converted attics, breezeways, garages, bathrooms, and small offices. This heater will deliver warmth over 200 feet! The basic unit is designed for recessed installation, but is easily adapted for surface mounting with the use of the optional surface mounting frame. Rugged steel fins are copper-brazed to the low watt density, steel sheathed, tubular heating elements which are arranged in a uniform pattern. Room temperature is controlled by a remote wall thermostat which must be purchased separately. (Requires two separate leads from heater to field supplied single pole wall thermostat.) A thermal cutout shuts off the heater in the event of overheating.

Q-Mark Ceiling Heater
Purchased two of these units in the past three years and will not recommend them to anyone that cannot put up with vibration and noise from the motor and fan assembly. I suspect they were intended for an industrial environment and not the home. Most unsatisfied with the response I received from the manufacturer (Marley Engineered Products) of the units.
