Unit arrived in perfect condition, for a reconditioned item, i could find nothing that did not appear as brand new. Heater works perfectly. An A+ value.
Beware of electrical requirements for this water heater!
The small on-demand electric Bosch water heater seemed like a perfect fit for my one bedroom rental apartment until I received it. It requires a 150 amp panel and two 30 or 40 amp breakers! This little unit looked perfect but way too much electrical requirements for average USA service. The box it came in had that written in big letters all over it. I wish the web site and specs were more up front! Check with your electrician first or your electrical setup before purchasing this unit! They took it back but charged a $35 restocking fee (plus it cost me the to ship it back)
