Sunpentown SP-5016 Hot Water Pot with Multi-Temp Function
I must say that of the multiple products I buy on various on-line sites, this has to be my favorite. What a wonderful product! I truly love it. It does everything it is designed to do and more. I really love the little light that shines into the cup, showing exactly where you are about to pour. In addition, it is very aesthetically pleasing. It is an enhancement to the appearance of my kitchen. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Poor quality
The unlock button didn't work so water could not be dispensed. I exchanged for another one but no luck either. The 2nd one has the dispense button stuck, so it won't stop dispensing even after you stop pressing (exactly opposite from 1st one). I got so fed up that I just returned it for refund. My mom bought the smaller model SP-3016 and that one works great. The electronics panel on this SP-5016 may be poorly made. If you don't mind a smaller pot, get the SP-3016 3.2L instead.

Unreliable and Not Worth it
Don't buy this pot. After 2 months of use, it leaks water at the base and the bottom inside edge has yellowish burn marks. Who knows what industrial sealant we ingested from the hot water since the bottom was leaking. Stay away from it.
