This mount has a cart mount on one end that can handle tubing up to 1 inch in diamter, and a custom holder made specifically for the Golflogix by Ram Products. The holder will hold your $300 plus unit securely, much better than the side grip holders available. The mount allows you to swivel your GPS 360 degrees so you can get the best angle to see your GPS. Once you get the perfect position you simply lock it into place with the tightening ring that is attached to the mount.

Unfit for purpose
I purchased this with the Garmin GolfLogix GPS from Amazon. The holder was supplied by an Amazon 3rd party vendor. The device that holds the GPS did not fit the GPS. Specifically, the supplier claimed that "Garmin must have changed the design." Supplier had another holder that it claimed would fit, however, they wanted me to ship back the defective holder at my expense before they would send a correct holder. I requested that they send me the correct holder and a postpaid envelope to return the defective holder. Supplier refused, and unilaterally refunded my money. I am still without a holder that my wife can use to attach the GolfLogix to her golf cart. Amazon, who stated that this holder would fit with the GolfLogix, chose not to be involved with their 3rd party supplier to get me a product that would work. (Please note that the RAM Mount, the part that actually attaches to the cart handle, works just fine. It is the GPS holder that is the problem)

I am disappointed with the product and company. The Walking Cart Mount For Garmin GolfLogix Golf GPS broke when I mounted it on my cart and tried the swivel feature. I contacted the company numerous times to replace or refund our money. After a few weeks we received an email from the company to return the mount for a refund. We returned the mount on June 26, 2008 and we are still waiting for our refund today, August 1, 2008.

Not a Piece of Junk !!
This GPS holder is of the hifgest quality. I have recommended it two all my golf buddies, they agree. Very useful and dependable.
