Very pretty
It looks smaller than I thought it would. But it is very attractive. It is also very easy to add the food. I may buy another one after we've had a chance to use it.

Useless
I purchased a feeder similar to this one from Wal-Mart which is slightly different in the decorative design but otherwise the same. The five-star reviews here prove to me that companies have people come on Amazon to write rave reviews because anyone who has this kind of bird feeder knows the feeding platform at bottom is too narrow for even the smallest birds to perch on and be able to get their heads down to get at the seed. For two days I watched many birds struggling to get a grip, failing, and flying away before I took mine down to return.

That such products ever reach the market is proof of a pandemic of stupidity. I can't imagine a company putting a product on the market without testing it first in real-life situations. They should have done this before they even went into production. If they had, they would know birds can't perch on this thing and get at the feed.

Purchased as a gift
I purchased this as a gift from someone's wishlist and they were extremely pleased with it. She just purchased a new house and I gave it as a "house warming" gift. She is soon going to post a picture for all to see what it looks like actually being used.
