Customer Reviews
What an AMAZING, powerful, easy to use piece of equipment!
I don't have much I can say about the Bamix that hasn't been said by many others, but I felt compelled to at least say something about it. This thing is incredible! When we bought our unit, we also bought one of each size of the polycarbonate beekers. It turns out that while you can certainly mix things in any kind of container, the size and shape of these containers is very appropriate for keeping an even consistency in whatever you're mixing, so I am glad we also got them.
My wife immediately made mayonnaise, which she said was "amayonnaisingly easy". (And it was gourmet restaurant quality too.)
I made some "ice cream" out of some frozen organic raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, peaches, and mango. It was really awesome - I froze it right in the beeker, which has a nice tight-sealing lid.
The Bamix is super easy to clean - just run it for a few seconds in a beeker of water and hang it up. We keep it right next to the sink on the stand. While we don't use it every single day, we do use it a lot, and it has really added a lot of great new options for us in the kitchen. Oh - the raw soups are amazing too.
My rating of the Bamix: 6 stars out of 5. It met and even exceeded expectations, and it seems like it is made so well, I bet we will still be using this same unit in 50 years!
