EXCELLENT! Get great desserts and more from your pressure cooker!
You can make desserts in this but it is flimsy and water can and does get into this during the cooking process. You can make the best desserts and other foods with this item. Sure you can make great cheesecakes but did you know you can also make casseroles in your pressure cooker? Well with this you can! Some members of the yahoo group pressurecookerrecipes love this thing and have posted rave reviews of it. Cleans up so easy you do not mind using it.

Wish I hadn't bought it.
The lid doesn't stay on during cooking, allowing moisture to enter from the pressure cooker when I was steaming a bread pudding. The plastic material imparted a flavor to the pudding. I threw away the silicon container and the pudding. WIsh I hadn't bought it. I have a similar Pyrex one that works great. I will stick to glass and rigid containers with lids that stay on.

Great add on for your Pressure cooker
Great product and very very useful. The easiest way to make a cheesecake in the pressure cooker .. The Lifter is wonderful and makes the whole process a breeze. Thanks Fagor.. but you should have thought of this a long time ago.. But Glad you have it NOW....works Great in the new Digital pressure cookers.
