Four kids and all of them LOVE it!
We purchased this for our boys - ages 5 & 7 for Christmas because they really love the lego products and we got the 500 piece set so that our four children, ages 5,7,9 & 11 could enjoy it together...once they got started - they have done something with it everyday! The instruction books are a great visual tool but the kids have tried lots of things on their own as well. The only item I wish was different was the case - it broke on the first day so we had to put everything in a heavy duty plastic bin so it could handle traveling from one room to another.

My 8 y.o. loves these
We purchased these as a birthday present for my 8-year-old son. He loves them. You can make simple or complex creations with them. He comes back to building toys like these and Legos again and again while electronic toys fall by the wayside.

Wonderful Toy for the Imagination
The possibilities are endless! This is a wonderful toy. My little boy already had the 125-piece set but that wasn't enough. This set has provided hours of fun so far.
