Polder KTH-6069-86 Dual Position Paper Towel Holder,
I asked for and received this paper towel holder as a gift. In less than a year the arm that holds the towels became very wobbly. I tried and could not find a way to tighten it. I wrote to customer service at Polder, but they never responded. Definitely a disappiontment.
