Kitty doesn't like4
... One cat doesn't like it, but will tolerate it. The other HATES it, but as this is the same cat that will claw and bite anyone who tries to groom her, she'll have to live with it.
... I use in coordination with the muzzle from the same company, otherwise I'd never get her in there. You can remove the muzzle once the cat is strapped in, unless seeing their predicament makes them even more agitated.
... My only complaint is that I bought the large, but it seems too small. She's kind of stuffed in there, which doesn't help with her cooperation and makes it difficult to get to her back legs.
... If you're like me, you may wonder why there's only one zipper on the bottom for the back legs. Well, just twist the bag a little and you use the top zipper for one leg and the bottom zipper for the other. That took me a little while to figure out. Of course, it's not easy to concentrate when your cat is acting like she's dying, moaning and crying, the big actor.

A Must for Trimming Cat's claws......and More5
I haven't got a lot of opposition from my cats, when trimming their nails, however, this kitty sack makes the job easier.

It also makes it safer. It keeps the cat less likely to jump and have any mistakes.

Highly recommended!

It is strong too, no more bites and scratches on your hands when using this !

Highly recommended.

Keeps kitty calm while attending to their needs5
I recently adopted a rescue kitten who clearly hasn't had much prior human contact. The new kitten was very agitated by having her nails trimmed the first time I trimmed her nails. Given how agitated and stressed she was I decided to try using a Cat Sack the next time her nails needed trimming. Though the kitten wasn't happy with being restrained in the sack I was able to pat her and keep her calm while trimming her nails. The Cat Sack was instrumental in preventing her from winding herself up into a frenzy of cat rage.

I have now used the Cat Sack to trim her nails twice. For me, the proof is that after the nail trimming in which I did not use the Cat Sack the kitten hid from me and was skittish for a few hours. After both times that I restrained her in the Cat Sack to trim her nails she walked around the room and then came straight over to be petted when she was released from the Sack.

Avoiding the stress and the risk of sizable cat scratches makes the Cat Sack well worth using if your cat isn't good with nail trimming or tablet time.

The same company produces a similar restraint that is made of a mesh material to facilitate bathing cats that are not willing to put up with a bath.

Update (April 2008): Our "kitten" out-grew the Large size Cat Sack so we obtained the XL size. After several months of use the cat has not been able to escape from the restraint. I have not been scratched during her monthly claw trimmings since I started using the Cat Sack. Although my cat is still unhappy with having her claws trimmed, she does not get stressed by the process if I have her restrained in the Cat Sack. This is an excellent product that does exactly what it promises.
