Timberland quality
I got the same size that I usually get for Timberland shoes so if you know your size order the same. My feet are also wider than narrow and I am not having the problem that someone else commented on. Also my "ankle joint" is quite low but not irritated by this shoe either. For the comment on the insole, it is detatchable (as with other Timberland shoes) for airing and drying. The shoe is water proofed.

Initially they were a little tight around the rim but after a weeks wear (and no blisters!) they feel good on the foot, although I still need to bend down to put them on. They are very comfortable, city hiking (!), shoes.

The price is amazing right now also!

Runs small, I recommend you size up. The shoe is rather rigid, I'm hoping it will soften with age. Other than that it appears to be a well made, quality shoe

very narrow
I really liked the look of this shoe but it was very narrow, I couldn't even start to get my foot in it. Besides that the tags were attached to a hook on the insole and someone had pulled on it and unstuck the insole so if I would have kept it I am afraid it would have collected dirt under the insole where it should have been glued.
