A good pant. Durable and comfortable.

This is primarily a tool, not a weapon. The extended tang allows this to be used as a hammer as well. The light weight is also key. In a pinch you could use this to destroy the brain.

Useful, small, durable.

Outstandingly reliable, extremely useful. Moving at night is not recommended, but having light on hand is required.

If I have to explain this, you're not going to survive the zombie apocalypse anyway.

Calories are important. While it may not satisfy your hunger as a well cooked meal, you need calories to keep going. Also, this will not dehydrate as some energy bars will.

Water is tasty, and keeps you from dying.

Warmth is good, you like being warm.

A great item. It will pick up emergency bands as well as AM/FM. Solar and crank methods of charging means you will always have power. But my favorite thing is the USB port on it that will charge other gadgets. So GPS, Cell phones, or any other electronics that use USB will be filled with juice.
