Very comfy seat...
My baby likes this seat, he falls asleep easily in it. The cover is very soft and plush. I could care less about it having a college on it, it was just WAY cheaper than the standard cover for the same seat. The velcro tabs to keep the harness out of the way are fantastic. And I really love the padding to protect the thighs from the clips.

What's the manufacture date on these?.....
bought 2 two weeks ago. manufacture date on both was 2/2008... awesome deal for a car-seat that will expire in 2/2014

Great product!
I bought this carseat for our baby that's due in four months. I actually had only briefly heard of this company, but when I saw that it made the highest ratings on the Consumer Reports list (for 2008), I searched it out. [...], and was very pleased with it. We obviously haven't used it yet, but it seems to be very sturdy, has many optional safety features, and I feel very comfortable using it with our newborn this coming fall.

April 2009: We have been using this carseat (in Italy) now for 6+ months with our son. We even have the same one back in the States for when we visit. We absolutely love it! He is nice and snug in it without being too tight, and we love all the safety features. The only thing to be careful about when installing is that because of it's wide base, it's easy to cover the other seatbelts. We have to reinstall our Stateside seat in order to have anyone riding on one side of the back seat. But it's been great, and we have no problems with it.
