Satisfied but somewhat disappointed
I purchased a CCTV system that used this particular model camera. It provided a pretty good quality picture in color, both day and night. But after a few months, three of the four is not working like it used to. One of them appears like the night vision is not operating properly and the other two has a ghostly-like light at nighttime only and distorts the picture. I had to purchase two more to replace the two critical cameras. Because of my lack of camera knowledge, I'm not sure if I'm stuck with this particular model or if I can upgrade to something better. I'll have to research this further. If you thinking about purchasing a security camera system, do your homework and ask questions.

Good Entry level camaera for price
First thing about this camera is that the cost is just about the same as cheaper CMOS cameras. This is a CCD camera which is better in picture quality than CMOS. My only dislike is the mount location, do not seem to be very sturdy or a secure enough to stay in that erected position over time of wear.
