Well worth the money5
This product works very well. I used it to hold on to two good size watches for changing the batteries. Works great. The actual product is actually a little different from the photo. It has 4 pins on four corners to hold the watch. In my opinion, the actual product is better than the one in the photo.

An Excellent Item, and a Must for anyone servicing wristwatches5
This small watch vise was very inexpensive, (less than $3), but I found it to be an incredible value and of great design.

It is made of a very strong (fiberglas?) housing, but is just soft enough to prevent shattering if dropped. It has three re-positionable jaws that can be re-aligned to safely grip around the features of any watch, ie, crown, helium valve, chronograph pushers, stylistic elements, gemstones, etc (the larger of the three jaws has a deep cutaway, presumably to keep pressure off the watch's crown).

It is also drilled through with holes so that it can be permanently screwed to a benchtop, toolbox, or other jig, to firmly grip the watch case.

This item works great, and I'm VERY satisfied with it's quality and value.

Good value, does what it's supposed to.5
For the price, I doubt you'll find anything better. Holds my watches securely without scratching them. I have one very large watch with an unusually large crown, and the screw adjustment won't open the jaws quite that wide. It's still possible to loosen the screw, pull the jaws a little further by hand, and get it in there. Should work for almost anybody's wristwatch, and makes changing the battery a lot easier. There are some extra recessed screw holes which should work for fastening it to a bench top, but I haven't done that.
