Caution! This sizes a WHOLE size to big!
If your a 9 1/2 running shoe get the 8 1/2 size. SAME IS TRUE FOR OTHER KUMASI ADDIDAS SNEAKER MODELS. I'm an expert footwear sneaker specialist and sell sneakers all the time! These addidas do not fit like normal ones. Since most people don't know how to properly size their sneakers and shoes. Here's how. For any footwear you will exercise in for a sports game or just fitness on a treadmill for example get a size to a 1/2 size larger then your regular shoe size. Otherwise, your regular shoe size is measured on your longer foot if one is slightly longer then the other note that and size to that foot always. Many people have 1 foot slightly longer then the other. Now standing with it on measure with your thumb making sure your big toe ends wear your thumb begines and the end of the shoe or footwear item at it's longest point ends at about the other end of your thumb. That's how to find your size. Also, the ideal size should after walking in it feel the best. But remember a running shoe, cleat, and so on should be and will feel a 1/2 to a whole size to big while trying it on. The idea is your foot expands when you workout so your foot to be healthy then needs a larger size when expanded. Also socks sometimes need to be also considered when sizing occasionally or regularly if cleats are purchased. This price rocks! And the sneakers otherwise rock!
So great, I got a 2nd pair
Sizing review is spot-on. I wear a size 6 street shoe, and my treadmill/track shoes (Adidas Supernova Classics) are 7.5 - The Kumasis I wear are a 6.5. The first pair I won in a Mudddy Buddy race, and I loved them so much I got a second pair - one for the REALLY muddy, wet days and the other for dusty, drier ones. Recommended them to my mom and cousin, too, and they love them. All 3 of us have high arches and narrow heels. My mom is a AAA width, I'm a B with a narrow heel. All happy. Big props to Adidas!
It is true with the sizes.
I think these shoes are pretty great for a hardy walking/ outdoor shoe and it is true,,,I went with a whole size smaller,,,6.5 instead of 7.5 and kept my fingers crossed and it worked for me. Can't go wrong with the price either.
