Each segment (upper, lower and core) is only 20 minutes, so you can do one or all of them depending on your workout schedule. They don't mess around and the moves are basic and explained pretty well.

Buy new: $13.49 / Used from: $4.50 This has two good intermediate cardio workouts on it (30 minutes each). You can combine them for a 50 minute workout, which is what I like to do. It's a fun workout with a lot of varied moves. The instructor is very pleasant and high energy, she definitely makes me smile. There is no equipment required, so I do this one a lot when I'm traveling. It's an effective calorie burner.

This is a fantastic system that comes with a very sturdy 6" and 8" step that can be stacked for a 14" one (very effective in shaping the back of your legs and rear). When you use the three workouts that come with it in rotation every week, you're working out your entire body. The step itself can be used with any of The Firm's older workouts that require a step or any other non-Firm step workout.

Buy new: $22.49 / Used from: $2.98 This is probably the toughest and highest calorie-burning cardio workout I have. I love it! It's from the late 90's but don't let the outfits scare you away. There aren't any beginner modifications like in most Firm workouts and there is a lot of jumping, but it's worth it.

It alternates cardio segments with sculpting segments (some using the band, some with dumbbells). Plus, there are three, shorter (around 30 minutes) pre-mixed versions of the workout to choose from (cardio only, sculpt only and core).

Buy new: $12.99 / Used from: $7.72 This originally came with The Firm's "Total TransFIRMation" kit with weights along with three other workouts. All the workouts in this set are good. This one is a solid, well-cued cardio workout that uses light dumbbells. I really enjoy Alison as an instructor.

Buy new: $11.99 / Used from: $9.00 This is a toughie! All sculpting, mostly compound moves with a few short (30 second) cardio bursts to keep your heart pounding the whole time. There is a 15 minute bonus workout that is all cardio and is a nice add-on to this or other workouts when maybe you've had one cookie too many that day.
