so far, so good...
Cradler works very well, however, can get a bit too warm around the ears and doesn't always cradle my lil' girl's noggin-sometimes she will still fall asleep with her head forward missing both sides, but I like it and would still recommend it-for the most part it cradles her head quite nicely.

Love this for long trips
We visit family that lives 3 hours away and I always hated how our daughters head would slump to one side for hours. These are soft and keeps her head up in a comfortable position. We love it, and she loves it. She pats and hugs it when its not on her car seat. (we only use it for long trips and she's 15 months old now.)

Doesn't keep baby's head from falling forward
It's nice and soft, but my 16 month old daughter's head still looks like it's going to fall off when she's in a deep sleep. It stops her head from going sideways but does nothing to stop it from falling forward. I'm not sure if she's too young to use this or not.
