Works well. A bit hard to remove for us adults. My young grandson cannot remove it.

I am sure that this product is great, but I have two car seats and it does not fit either of them. I have a Round a bout and a Cosco Eddie Bouer seat. The buckles are the fit together type and this does not fit over either type. I checked thoroughly the item's website for exclusions and it did not list any, so buyer beware.
