Customer Reviews

good seat for the price4
We got this seat for our son when he was 18 months and still is in good shape. He is almost 3 years now and uses the seat as a booster seat.
Cons:
It takes a lot of space in our suv.
It is no easy to put a part to wash.

Pros:
Good quality
Good use for the money
Easy to use and install as a booster seat

There are better options.3
We've had this seat since our son went forward facing at 26 lbs and 1 year old. He's turning 3 in about a week. It is not legal for our state to have him in a booster seat at this time, but he has already outgrown BOTH the harness weight limit (40 lbs) and the harness height restriction (15.5"ish torso).

So, if your kid is anywhere near the top of the curve for height/weight or both - you need a different seat. When he's old enough (4 years old) to use the seat as a booster that'll work, but the seat I'm going to have to buy now (and should have bought in the first place - Graco's Nautilus) will also be a booster.

The Nautilus has a 65 lb. harness weight limit and the torso height (NOT OVERALL HEIGHT) limit is 18.5"ish. So by the time my son's TORSO grows another 2 inches (not sure how many inches of torso growth translate to overall height growth), he'll definitely be at least 4 and legal for a booster.

If I'd only known....

Have loved this seat for 15 months and counting4
We have used this seat since my son came home from the hospital (he was 7 lbs 5 oz and 20.5 inches). He's now 15 months old (25 lbs and 32.5 inches) and we still love it. He still rides rear facing and will until he outgrows the seat (safer that way).

We however won't be using this seat as a booster for long, it just doesn't 5 point harness long enough. We'll be switching the the britax that 5 point harnesses up to 80 pounds.

The seat was really simple to install, easy to clean up and he seems very comfortable in it. We have had it in both a ford F150 and a kia rio it works well with both.

Like I said we've loved this seat since day 1.
