A great all-terrain stroller.5
I have the regular Quattro Tour, not the LX, and I don't know if there are any major differences. But I am impressed enough with the QT! Here is what I have to say about the regular model:

I have been using this stroller for 14 months, and I still tell everyone I meet about it. The main reason I went with it is that the storage basket collapses to allow access to its contents even with the stroller seat is completely reclined. This means that when baby is sleeping, or when you are using the carseat with the stroller, your diaper bag or cooler is not stuck beyond reach. At the time we bought it, it was the only stroller on the market with that feature.

The wheel structure is rugged and handles off-roading very well. On smooth pavement, etc., it handles beautifully. I do joke with people that pushing it is like driving a truck, because it is fairly large, and negotiating it around narrowly spaced displays in a department store can be a real challenge. There have been times while shopping that I have determined to buy a tiny umbrella stroller, but I love how much cargo I can take with me. There are two cupholders and two small compartments near the handle; the basket holds a lot; and when the seat is upright I can pile a lot of stuff between the handlebar and the top of the seat, where the extra material makes a kind of hammock. It is the perfect stroller for a trip to the zoo, but I use it for daily shopping and am very happy with it. It is not too heavy -- I have no trouble lifting it in and out of vehicles. It is rather large even when collapsed, but I don't really mind. I specifically chose a larger, sturdier stroller for its features -- if streamlining is a high priority, then go with something smaller like the Travelite. But if you want to be able to go everywhere and do everything, then this is the stroller for you.

Note that the standard Graco stroller accessories, like the toys on a post that fit into some sort of slot on strollers, do not work with this stroller. I bought a stroller bar from Sassy (like the Busy Bug one) with velcro straps, and my son has been very happy with that.

Incidentally, I love the color I chose, the Heatwave pattern. It is very soothing.

Great for tall people4
I chose this stroller after my Eddie Bauer stroller was destroyed in a car accident.

This stroller has many great features:

1. Tallest handle of any stroller I examined; great for taller parents because it prevents you from hunching over.
2. Contoured handle fits the natural angle of the wrist.
3. Great storage in the basket, parent, and child trays.
4. Easy folding mechanism.
5. Can be used with the Graco SnugRide, one of the safest infant carseats available.
6. Foot rest can be raised to secure an infant inside the stroller when the carseat is not used.
7. Full recline for younger babies.
8. Though heavy, it is a solid stroller; won't blow away in the wind.

What I would change about this stroller:

1. It folds down onto the wheel base and as a result is not self-standing once collapsed, making it very difficult to transport.
2. The brakes engage when folded down, so dragging the stroller on its wheels once it is folded is not an option. My Eddie Bauer stroller could still be pushed as normal even when it was folded.
3. The back seems too short; my five-month-old is already nearly too tall for it when lying down.
4. It is HUGE even when folded - make sure you have plenty of trunk space if you plan to travel with this stroller!
5. Wheels seem cheap.
6. The parent viewing window in the canopy should have a cover - it is much too big to be open all the time.

Still, I love this stroller and would recommend it to anyone who does lots of walking.

Great stroller 5
I just purchased this stroller today and so far the features are great you have a choice to use the 5 point harness or just around the waist, great large storage for big diaper bags and shopping, it moves so smoothly, you can also lock the front wheels from rotating which is great for hills. The only downfall is it is heavy and hard to get into a truck.
