First Invicta, Wont' be my Last
This is my first Invicta watch, and I find it a good looking, solid, and tasteful timepiece that will serve me well.

I saw this watch displayed in a famous Boston "Basement" retail store sitting among several other watches such as Movado, Tag, and Omega. This particular watch caught my eye and after trying a few, I preferred it over the others watches I found interesting. At the time, I had not heard of Invicta, so I was hesitant to purchase without some more research.

It turns out that Invicta is a pretty sound watch company with an interesting history and some strong aspirations of becoming a premium brand watch maker. If this particular product is indicative of their goals, they will succeed. I enjoy the heft, construction, and design of this very classic watch. Several compliments have lead others who like nice watches to check out Invicta products. This is certainly not the most expensive watch (actually one of the most inexpensive) I have, but it is likely the nicest one I have in terms of construction, style, and functionality overall.

Amazon represents Invicta very well. I love the benefit of buying directly from Amazon which automatically made a full extended four year warranty apply to this watch for free. This took some of the "risk" of this brand's unknown factor away. Amazon did well in pricing this product as well. The original one that caught my in the basement retail shop was selling for almost 100% more than the same model I got from Amazon!

If all goes well, I will be looking at some of the Invicta Reserve models in the future.
