Editorial Reviews
From the Manufacturer
The flush-cut design of E-Cut blades let you place the blades flat on surfaces perpendicular to the cut. E-Cut Blades increase the cutting speed on the MultiMaster. Cut almost as fast as a jigsaw or reciprocating saw with precision
Customer Reviews
multimaster wood blades
use only universal e-cut blades- those made for wood or metal
these blades dull too quickly and don't hold up
and are too expensive as well
Expensive and fragile
The Fein Multimaster is an indispensable tool. Not perfect but It is much better than any of the other brands. However, the blades are greatly overpriced. They vibrate a lot, burn the wood, can break, and dull easily. That would be OK if they were inexpensive so that you could replace them as often as needed. Can't wait until another manufacturer comes up with an inexpensive good blade. No one will buy Fein blades anymore.
Cut well for about 2 minutes
I agree with others, these precision blades dull quickly and are very fragile. I broke off the last 10 teeth or so on each end after about 5 minutes trimming pine molding. Pretty ridiculous, especially considering the quite high price tag. Get the standard blades, they last longer.
