Amazing
I read all the reviews for this product and thought I would give it a try. I have stress headaches and my neck stays in a knot most of the time. I have worn this for 3 days now and my neck is no longer knotted up. My headaches have decreased. Mind over matter? Not sure, but it does work for me.

It Works!
I had used Phiten's adhesive discs during the last two marathons I ran. I tried this product in the hopes that it would help alleviate some of the tension in my neck during running...and it has. I relax my neck and shoulders much more and find that because of that I breathe easier and can run in better form.

So far so good
Masseuse says she can tell a difference in my shoulder muscles so far. Very resilient material and comfortable to wear.
