beautiful book - shockingly accurate
I have studied astrological systems including Mayan, Aztec, West African, Vedic, Hellenistic, Chinese, Celtic, Northern Native American, and more, and this is one of the best all around books out there. Paterson's text is easy to understand for those reading from cover to cover as well as those browsing or looking for a quick answer.

Some of Paterson's connections between constellations and dieties may leave some out in the cold - her connection between their importance and a person's sign might not be as strong as it should. However, Paterson is THE author to watch and turn to in the topic of Celtic astrology, and this text is a good example of why.
