Sensible diet plan with fantastic results5
I just finished the first nine days (phase one) of the diet and have alreay lost 8 pounds! I followed the fruit and vegetable menu to a tee and incorporated oatmeal every morning along with legumes in my salad for protien. I did not find myself hungry at all consdiering you are allowed to eat as much fruit and veggies as you like!

This book has really been a great asset to my goal of wieght loss. It has helped me tremendously. I am learning a new healthy way of eating. Its not just a "diet", its a life change. You have to be willing to make that change for this "diet" to work for you. Give it a shot. I have lost 10 lbs and I just started Phase II.

How to Lose Weight the RIGHT Way...5
...is what this book might also be called. My only criticism is the word "diet" in the title. I HATE that word as I have bounced from one diet to another my whole life. After reading this book, I really didn't get the sense that this was a diet but rather a smart way to feed your body to lose weight.

I also am just beginning Phase II and have already lost 17.5 lbs :-) I've also been drinking the new Wu-Long tea (WulongforLife.com) and really feel this tea is helping me lose even more weight.

I'm excited that I'm finally beginning to see the results I've been waiting for, for so long. And I'm even more excited by the fact that I really feel this is something that I can stick with for life!!
