Happy Ending for All?
Well Lex and Amanda are back and this time the family is growing. As Lex contemplates her life as a rancher and if it is enough for herself and her growing family a unknown half brother enters their lives. Her brother Hubert is out on parole and Amanda's mother makes another appearance in their lives. With all of that going on they adopt their neice and are sucessful in having one of their own on the way. While Amanda has some complications with the pregenancy Lex is getting into all kinds of trouble. Some involving her brothers and some involving their adopted daughter.
The adventures of Lex are written well. They are not meant to be the main theme of the novel but gives you enough action to move the story nicely. Humour is used well in the book and I laughed a good many times. Of course I have always enjoyed this series and the characters. My thanks to the author for taking me on a enjoyable adventure with these books. I hope to see more of your stuff in the future!
