Yep, they'll expect you to be able to see basic anomalies in plain films AND CT ... and getting your head around cross-sectional anatomy is a real challenge if you've never cut up a cadaver. If you have a chance while you're in clinical, attach yourself at the hip to a radiologist for a couple of days and get him/her to do a data dump into your brain.
