Quality Product!!!
I was looking for quality when I purchased this set, and I got it! I read the instructions that followed it. I hand wash, use only plastic and wood utensils, and no non-stick cook spray. I couldn't be happier with them. Nothing sticks, the handles don't get hot, it's a pleasure cooking with them! (I have not tried them in the oven yet, but they are oven safe to a degree!)

Have owned Calphalon nearly ten years now, and am glad I do...
The line I own is called the Non Stick Professional, not the Commercial or Simply line. I started with a 10pc.set, and was able to add many many assorted pieces by shopping the Chef's Outlet. Prices were half that of Macy's. Which enabled me to add the bakeware as well, along with the griddle and a huge colander. It all seems to be holding up just fine. Due to the fact I NEVER EVER put in the dishwasher, or stack inside one another. They are all stored w/ lids on. It isn't always about what you pay for something that determines it's longevity, it's how you care for it. Other places found at great prices are TJ Maxx, and Marshalls.
