Not a bad product, but not for me
Great for storing cheese, and a great idea overall -- but, the blade is too thick, and as such, it takes way too much pressure/effort to cut through cheese (which is why other cheese slicers use wires). I returned this product and got a different slicer -- http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000VZA2W/ref=ox_ya_oh_product -- with which I'm very satisfied.

A family favorite
The keeper gets the job done, and we never have problems using the blade, although our fridge sees cheeses of all densities. The rectangle shape makes it easy to store on any shelf.

Great in every way
I am really enjoying my new cheese keeper/slicer, the Progressive International Slicing Cheese Keeper. It is easy to use! No more looking for the cheese slicer or a knife.
