Great recipes, tips and menus
This is such a versatile cookbook. I love the brining receipe for chicken, it makes the chicken so moist. My favorite recipe is the Chocolaty Peanut Butter Cookies. There are so many great easy recipes and Val has some great tips to make cooking a piece of cake.

Fabulous recipes and chef
I have this cookbook from Chef Val. She is a fabulous chef and the book is great as well. The chocolate and coconut brownies are worth the price of the cookbook. But you need to try the entrees like Uncle Hanks chicken. She has a great command of comfort food and combines it with healthy recipes for everyday people who need this book.
