Awesome R&B flatware
Received my flatware today. I had trouble lifting the box it was so heavy. This is the most complete set of flatware I have ever seen. It is absolutely gorgeous. Awesome purchase. Excellent value. Superb quality.

BEWARE!
What all these other reviews have in common is that they are all written very soon after the product is received. I bought this set from a different online source after the Martha Stewart set I received as a bridal shower gift rusted beyond belief within 2 weeks of using it. My mom suggested a better brand (R & B). I loved it when it came and wrote a glowing review on the site where I bought it from. But after less than a month, my knives are rusting and showing signs of corrosion, just like the Martha Stewart set. I've searched online to see if my dishwasher or soap was the culprit, but I've come to the conclusion that the problem is probably with the fact that they are made in China with poor quality materials. Unfortunately, it appears that it is almost impossible to find flatware that is made in the USA of quality materials.

I will probably keep this set because for now, it is only the knives that are rusting, but I am really, really irritated that such a company would advertise their product as dishwasher safe when it truly is not. I encourage everyone else having problems to write to R & B over and over again until they provide an adequate solution to this problem.

I was extremely pleased with this product. It is very heavy stainless with beautifully shaped pieces. You get a great deal for your money!
I am considering ordering another set for those times I need more than 12.
