This book is a must for inexperienced birth partners: first-time dads and coaches who don't have kids of their own yet; and it is also very informative for first-time moms-to-be. It really helps with knowing what to expect when you go into labor, what your birth plan will be, and what kinds of complications you might run into that might shove that plan overboard. I highly recommend this book!
