Love it
This is my second pet fountain because I wanted a smaller one. My cat loves it. I use distilled water because we have very hard water and it causes chemical buildup that I could not remove. I also keep the fountain off the floor because it stays cleaner.

Love this!
My other Petmate Fresh Flow that I had for probably 4 or 5 years finally died and my cats (I have 2) missed their water dish oh so much. I tried to just use their old water bowl and they were like "Are you serious?" so I decided I MUST get a new Fresh Flow for them. Since most of my appliances are black, I decided to go for this black one. I LOVE IT - and so do the cats. You do have to clean it regularly (DUH - you should do that anyway) and it'll run just great for years to come. I love the feature that you can turn off the dish without unplugging, like my old version. When you hear noises from the pump (the only time you'll need to turn off the unit) its an indication that you need to clean it. Super easy to take apart and clean - took no more than 10 minutes - probably more like 5. In the past, I have thrown the dish in the dishwasher - only ting I would say is make sure everything is on the top rack - I had something melt a bit and it still worked fine for years to come, it just looked a little funny. But washing by hand is MUCH easier. Very much recommended - your pets will love you and probably become snobs just like mine.

Great Item...
We are a home with four black and white cats and the water dish needed to be filled twice a day. With a larger bowl the water would be all over the floor. I have tried several other products and this one has been the best for our home.Petmate Deluxe Fresh Flow Medium Black Pet Fountain. I don't need to fill it but every three days and the cats love to drink from the top of the flow. This has been a very large help in our household. Easy to clean and very quiet.The only time you will hear from it is when the reserve bottle is out.Love it...
