Hours of fun!
My son spends hours making different types of slime and loves to measure the ingredients (which makes this more than just a fun toy). I love seeing him concentrate to make each type, and then watching how proud he is of himself when it turns out like it should (although that doesn't always happen!).

Messy Fun
If you don't mind a bit of a mess and using some things from around the house, this is a fun product. Be aware that it does require some common household supplies. In addition, a very industrious person could put the kit together with a trip to the grocery store and the hardware store. However, this kit is nice because it comes with a recipe book, measuring tools and supplies like boraxo.
