A big help for small babies
My son was extremely colicky, and the only way he would sleep the first few weeks was either being held and rocked, or using this sleep positioner. It worked best when he was about 8 pounds. When he was smaller he tended to keep rolling around, and when he got bigger he did pop open the Velcro sometimes. Now I swaddle him more snugly, and the Velcro never pops open anymore. He sleeps much better swaddled tightly anyway.

I didn't give 5 stars because the foam is mashed in the package so it doesn't last as long as you would like. After about 3 weeks the foam had an indention in the middle where he lies. Also I found that he sleeps better at a higher incline - this only lifts the head up about an inch and a quarter.

WASTE OF MONEY
DID NOT WORK FOR US. THE BABY SLID OUT FROM IT EVERY TIME. WOULD SOMETIMES FIND IT OVER THE BABY'S FACE.

Good sleeper
After getting referred to this product by a friend with a newborn, I decided to try it. We have been using this product with my new baby and he has been sleeping great. I recommend this product.
