Great customer service!
I received my ballotin a melted mess. I wrote an email and received another ballotin OVERNIGHT and in perfect condition. I didn't ask for another I just asked them to advise as to what to do. Great Gift for Mothers Day!
I sent these to my mother for Mother's Day and she's quite pleased. UPS shipping was included for Mother's Day deliveries and the gift arrived quite early; 3 days early to be exact. My mother didn't elaborate except to say that "the chocolates are quite tasty." It was actually other Amazon reviews that prompted me to purchase these Belgian chocolates as I usually send flowers every year and this year was looking for something different.
