Great but overkill
I've really enjoyed the opti-men, but I highly doubt you actually need 3 a day.

Awesome product. Tho it says to take 3 pills a day, that is really not needed. One pill a day is good enough to keep your diet balanced. So if you are on a diet and you are missing a bunch of other nutrition values then this is the right stuff for you. This is for men, not women! There is a different type of product for women. Search Amazon.com or Google it.
