About the Author
Dr. Mark Laaser holds a PhD in religion and psychology from the University of Iowa and a Mdiv from Princeton Theological Seminary. He is an internationally known author and speaker who has written six books including Healing the Wounds of Sexual Addiction and Talking to Your Kids About Sex. He is also an adjunct faculty member at several graduate schools. He and his wife, Debra, started Faithful and True Ministries to counsel couples healing from sexual addiction.

Great book
The Seven Desires of Every Heart is a great book to use for a couple's small group study. I read through the book quickly and gleaned a lot, but collected much more valuable information when I slowed down and pondered the points the authors were making. These points are not to be missed to help you refocus on understanding your own needs and the needs of those you love. I look forward to working through the workbook that is coming out to help solidify these concepts in my heart and mind so they can become a compass for quality living.
